| Abstract | Memahami perilaku konsumen adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting terutama dalam dunia per-asuransi-an yang memiliki dunia kompetisi yang sangat ketal dan cepat dan memahami perilaku konsumen ini menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi para pemasar (marketing). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengetahuan dan Persepsi pada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah mempunyai pengaruh atas keputusan untuk memiliki produk Asuransi Mikro seperti Asurast Demam Berdarah untuk kehidupan individu maupun keluarga mereka. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah para Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah yang berada di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden. Dan untuk melakukan proses analisa data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas yang menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 22 Statistic untuk window.Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Dan dari hasil analisis tersebut ditemukan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan dan Persepsi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Minat Beli pada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah atas penggunaan Asuransi Mikro seperti Asuransi Demam Berdarah pada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah itu sendiri. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan dan Persepsi merupakan faktor yang mempenganuhi Minat Beli pada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah atas penggunaan produk Asuransi Mikro seperti Asuranst Demam Berdarah bagi kehidupannya. |
