| Abstract | This research aim is to know about the effect of gross premium income, income from investment and operating expenses to Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk in period 2007-2016. This research was conducted with purposive sampling. The samples used were PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk financial annual report 2007-2016. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of gross premium income, income from investment and operating expenses to Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk in period 2007-2016. Based on the test for normality, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test, there were no deviations from goodness of fit. This indicates that the available data has been qualified to use the model of multiple linear regression equation. From the analysis indicates that gross premium income, income from investment and operating expenses have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM). Predictive capability of the three variables to Net Profit Margin (NPM) of 58,55%, while the remaining 41,45% influenced by other factors not included in the research model.
