| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Biaya Klaim Bruto dan Biaya Akuisisi terhadap penentuan premi bruto pada lini bisnis Asuransi konstruksi. Untuk menyesuaikan waktu penelitian dengan batas waktu ujian akhir penulis, penelitian ini dibatasi dengan dua variabel predictor yang diuji untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kedua variabel predictor tersebut terhadap penentuan premi bruto. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh data polis lini bisnis asuransi konstruksi pada PT Asuransi Purna Arthanugraha periode tahun 2012 - 2017. Sampel yang digunakan adalah polis-polis konstruksi yang telah mengalami klaim pada periode tahun 2012 - 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang penulis peroleh dari perusahaan PT Asuransi Purna Arthanugraha. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS-22 . Hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa : 1)Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan antara biaya klaim bruto dan biaya akuisisi terhadap premi bruto lini bisni konstruki. 2) Secara parsial masing-masing kedua variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap premi bruto. 3)Besar prengaruh kedua variabel bebas diuji dalam koefisien determinasi sebesar 71,6%. Sehingga dapat katakana bahwa pengaruh sebesar 28,4% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Biaya Klaim Bruto, Biaya Akuisisi dan Premi Bruto |
