| Abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara Rasio Underwriting, Rasio komisi dengan Risk Based Capital pada perusahaan asuransi umum yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2008-2016. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan asuransi pada tahun 2008-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling untuk menentukan sampel dan program SPSS versi 23 untuk analisis data, tekhnik analisis data menggunakan regresi dan korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara parsial variable X1 memiliki hubungan positif dengan Y dengan kontribusi sebesar: 6,6% (2) secara parsial X2 memiliki hubungan yang negatif dengan Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 4,3%. (3) secara simultan hubungan variable X1 dan X2, memiliki hubungan positif dengan Y dengan kontribusi 36,5%. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi informasi tambahan tentang hubungan dan kontribusi dari Rasio Underwriting, Rasio komisi dengan Risk Based Capital pada perusahaan asuransi umum yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
