| Abstract | To be able to carry out its functions properly, financial institutions must have sufficient capital, maintain the quality of its assets properly, be managed properly and be operated based on the principle of prudence, generating sufficient profits to maintain business continuity. Today, the company PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) has grown along with the stretching of financial institutions. Among the internal factors that influence the growth rate of assets of insurance companies are premiums, claims, investment returns and the level of corporate profits. Acceptance of high premiums will provide capital contributions in the form of funds from third parties that can be invested to increase profits / profits so that the performance of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) is optimal, so that the company's assets grow every year. While claims are indicated to inhibit the growth of company assets because the more claims that occur, the more burden that will be borne by the company, which will slow down the growth rate of the company's assets. This study aims to determine how and how much influence the premiums, claims, investment returns and profits on asset growth in the company PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo). The variables studied include premiums, claims, investment returns and profits as independent variables and asset growth as the dependent variable. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Secondary data in this study are PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) in 2009-2017. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical testing and analysis of the discussion, both simultaneously and partially the results of in vesting have no effect on asset growth.
