| Abstract | The purpose of this paper is to explain the effect of placement of Medical Representative Insurance in submitting claims for reimbursement of the claim settlement process. In this paper PT Bank UOB Indonesia and PT Bank DBS Indonesia will be a references for the reimbursement process, where both companies have health insurance corporate policy at PT A. J. Generali Indonesia PT Bank UOB Indonesia as a corporate insurance participant who receives medical representative placement services, while PT Bank DBS Indonesia does not. So from the comparison of the two companies, it can be seen whether there is an influence of medical representative placement in the claim settlement process. The method used from data collection is by collecting books that have relevance to the title of paper, doing direct practice and conduct interviews with informant.
