| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi da rekan kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (9,707 > 1,998). Selanjuthya Rekan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan t hitung t tabel (7,468 > 1.998). Sedangkan kompensasi dan rekan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilibat pada nilai F hitung > F table (389,185 > 3,14), Dari hasil pengolahan dan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0,926. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan (Y) dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan rekan kerja (X) sebesar 0,926 atan 92,6%. Sedangkan sisanya 0.074 atau 7,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Rekan Kerja dan Kepuasan Keja Karyawan. |
