| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hasil Underwriting dan Hasil Investasi terhadap Laba Bersih. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap perusahaan asuransi PT. Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan α = 0,05. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : pengujian signifikasi t secara parsial (Uji statistik t) Hasil Underwriting (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Laba Bersih (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikasi t sebesar 0,033 ( < 0,05), Hasil Investasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Laba Bersih (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikasi t sebesar 0,776 ( > 0,05). Pengujian secara simultan (Uji statistik f) variabel independent yaitu Hasil Underwriting dan Hasil Investasi berpengaruh terhadap Laba Bersih PT. Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 ( < 0,05). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara Uji Koefisien Determinasi ( R Square) diperoleh sebesar 0,485, yang berarti Laba Bersih dapat dipengaruh oleh faktor-faktor model x yaitu Hasil Underwriting dan Hasil Investasi sebesar 48,5% dan dapat dikatakan bahwa ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi laba sebesar 51,5% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti seperti biaya akusisi.
