| Abstract | Manajeman Klaim menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam bisnis asuransi dan berperan dalam mebangun citra perusahaan. Dimana TPA PT. XYZ sebagai administrator Asuransi dituntut untuk memberikan analisis klaim kepada peserta secara tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain deskriptif kuantitaf, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kuesioner dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya yang mempengaruhi ketepatan klaim TPA PT. XYZ terhadap manfaat Asuransi ABC adalah variabel man, material, method, money dan machine mempunyai keterikatan pada akurasi proses klaim. Kata kunci : Manajemen klaim, akurasi proses klaim |
