| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Loyalitas Karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 196 sampel yang didapat dari kantor pusat PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode propotional stratified random. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Loyalitas Karyawan dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama - sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode Koefisien Determinasi yang hasilnya 32,10% juga dapat diketahui bahwa banyak faktor – faktor lain diluar penelitian ini yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan.
