| Abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan investasi, beban investasi terhadap hasil usaha di dana pensiun lembaga keuangan PT. Tugu Mandiri pada tahun 2007 - 2012. Data sekunder diperolah dari Laporan Keuangan PT. Tugu Mandiri. Uji pada pada ini menggunakan random sampling dan program spss 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1)secara simultan variabel X1, X2 berpengaruh positif terhadap Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 100% (2) secara parsial variabel X1 berpengaruh positif terhadap Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 60.3% (3) secara parsial variabel X2 berpengaruh positif terhadap Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,7%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi tambahan untuk perusahaan tentang pengaruh pendapatan investasi, beban investasi terhadap hasil usaha di dana pensiun lembaga keuangan PT.
