| Abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara Underwriting Ratio dan Loss Ratio terhadap Risk. Based Capilal pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang tercatat di website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BE) pada tahun 2008-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Quota Sampling dan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara parsial variabel X, memiliki hubungan yang signitikan dengan variabel Y dengan kontribusi X, sebesar: 74.5%, maka H, diterima (2) secara pursial variabel X2 tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel Y dengan kontribusi X2 sebesar 62.2%, maka He diterima (3) secara simultan hubungan variabel X dan Xi memiliki hubungan dengan variabel Y dengan kontribusi 86.5%, maka H diterima. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi informasi tambahan tentang hubungan dan kontribusi dari Underwriting Ratio dan Loss Ratio terhadap Risk Based Captlal pada PT Asuransi Jasa Tanja Tbk.
