| Abstract | This research was conducted with the aim to find out the effect training and implementation SOP on service quality in the operation division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional.The research method used is quan dengan cara parsial maupun titative with regression analysis techniques and using tools help in this study the SPSS for for window versi 24.The result of this study prove the influence of Training (X1) on service quality (Y) in the operation division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional proven with Sig 0,022 < 0,05, dan nilai thitung 2,370 > ttabel 2,00665. And the effect of the implementation of SOP (X2)on service quality (Y) in the operation division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional proven with Sig value 0,000 < 0,05, and the thitung 4.499 > ttabel 2,00665 wich is partially examined, while the simultaneous research is the influence of training variable (X1) and implementation of SOP(X2) on service quality (Y) simultaneously in the operation division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Nasional proven sig value 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung 35,570 > Ftabel3,17. This reseach is expwcted to be a recommendation for knowledge and additional information for companies in the study. Key words : Training, Implementation of SOP, and Service Quality. |
