| Abstract | The intent and purpose of this paper is to know how the process of closing and underwriting in property insurance especially the main business through agent and insurance broker. As we know, many insurance company use agent and insurance broker to find a customer. Agent and Insurance broker is a third party which helps insurers to find a customer and they get the comission for their work. In this paper the author will describe about property insurance associated with marketing, underwriting and reinsurance division. Marketing will help agents and insurance broker at the time of closing new policy or renewal policy, especially for property insurance. At PT. Asuransi Central Asia it has many products of property insurance such as ASRI (Asuransi Rumah Idaman), Burglary Insurance, Shop Insurance and many more.
