| Abstract | Someone who follows life insurance, there is a possibility that he will not continue his contract for various reasons. Some people stop it because they feel they no longer need it, so it is no longer profitable to continue following the insurance. If the policy holder quits life insurance, the insurance company will issue a sum of money as a result of terminating the value". PT Tokto Marine Life Insurance Indonesia ("TMLI") is one of the companies engaged in life insurance that provides a variety of life insurance products ranging from unit link, traditional and sharia products that also have activities to serve customers who want to take insurance or submission services ranc agreement called "surrender payment of policy benefits including cancellation of the surrender. To be able to guarantee the fiulfillment of payments/obligations to policyholders, TMLI has a procedure for payment of surrender value that has been set in the policy.
