| Abstract | The background of this research is to find out the importance of analyzing the process of receiving SPAJ on Buncassurance Units at PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia. As we know, even though the process receiving SPAJ has been carried out according to standard operational procedures, it turns out thet (here are still proposals for pending SPAJ even rejected by underwriting. The purpose of this study was to find out the factors that were the reason for spaj pending and being rejected by underwriting and to find out the role of Bancassurunce part in insurance companies. This study found that the SPAJ factor was ordered by underwriting due to incomplete SPAJ documents submitted Bancassurance consultants must complete all data required hy underwriting as a condition for SPAJ to be accepted.
