| Abstract | KOMARIYAH YULIANTI 15014012, Final Project Diploma III Life Insurance Faculty, Jakarta High School Insurance Management Trisakti. 2018. Old Age Security (JHT) is one of government programs organized by the Social Security Organizing Ageney (BPJS) of Manpower giving insurance to the workers in the form of cash money paid all at once to the workers becoming the participants of JHTcorresponding to the prevailing rule. To disbarse the Old Age Security fund, the participants should pass through some stäges or procedures of filing old age security claim. The activity of Old Age Security claim filing procedure in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Surakarta has most constraints compared with other 4 security programs in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Surakarta. For example, the participants" poor understanding on the claim filing procedure leads to the less complete document submitted by the participants to disburse the Old Age Security (JHT). The result of research showed the procedure of filing Old Age Security Claim in Social Security Organizing Agency (BP.IS) of Manpower in Kebon Sirih included some stages or processes claim included: 1)Registration, 2) former handover, 3) verification of participant data, 4 payment of claims) Keyword : BPJS, Old Age Security (JHT), Claim, Procedure |
