| Abstract | Motor vehicle insurance has already well-known by indonesian peaple, especially metropolis society. The amount of motor vehicle is increasing by day. Because it is not balanced with road construction, accident is inevitable. Insurance that has limit called net retention, when the limit has been fulfilled, the insurance will do spread of risk to the reinsurance to reduce the possible loss of the insurance company. PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia is one of reinsurance company in Indonesia that covers both general and life reinsurance business. The purpose of implementation of work practice result writing is to discover the acceptability of facultative reinsurance procedures for motor vehicles which PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia do. In the implementation of work practices carried out at PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia, the author is placed in the underwriting support facultative section. Acceptance of facultative reinsurance procedures for motor vehicles at PT. Indonesian Tugu Reasuransi is carried out in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and already equipped with a system.
