The recruitment process at PT Asuransi BRI Life is essential to obtain a good salesperson Bancassurance Financial Advisor (BFA) in accordance with the qualifications owned by the company so that the company's revenue can increase through the premium of each customer. The recruitment process must be well laid out because otherwise it will reduce the premium income of the company. so that in the selection phase must be done correctly in order to prevent the occurrence of turn over.
