| Abstract | Current technology has experienced many developments, one of which is in transportation vehicles. that is, in land transportation, this transportation is often used by Indonesians both in cities and villages. With a greater risk of accidents or losses, the role of insurance companies today is very important. PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk is one of the general insurance companies in Indonesia. One of the insurance products from PT Asuransi Dayin Mitra Tbk, is motor vehicle insurance. In the insurance company there are several divisions that function as supporting companies, one of which is an underwriting technique specifically responsible for issuing insurance policy. However, sometimes the process of issuing policy is not always smooth or not in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures. |
