| Abstract | Risk Management is a set of processes or methods in carrying out the process of identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling risks. The application of risk management is expected to provide more value to the company in dealing with any risks inherent in the company's business activities. One of the risk management activities implemented at PT XYZ Insurance is by compiling and reporting the Risk Register, the preparation of the Risk Register is composed by each group or function lead by one person in charge (PIC) and finalized by the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. The Risk Register contains risks that are identified as causes, symptoms and their level of impact, in addition to that each PIC must also determine the handling of any risks that have been identified. Risk registers which are arranged according to the applicable paper are submitted to the Enterprise Risk Management function for further reporting. Overall application of risk management in PT XYZ Insurance has been carried out effectively. |
