| Abstract | The implementation of a construction project is one of the activities that it has high risk. Risks to construction projects can result in damage to physical construction and losses to the parties involved therein both directly or indirectly. Risk as a trigger for damage and these losses need to be addressed so that the impact is not too great harm even as far as possible must restore the state of loss mentioned to the physical and financial condition as before. One way to handle the risk of a construction project is by way of transfer risk to third parties in this case the insurance company has a Contractors' All Risks (CAR) insurance product. Project risks not all of these can be transferred wherein the Contractors' All Risks insurance (CAR) has 3 risk categories, namely guaranteed risk, guaranteed risk can be guaranteed and risks that cannot be guaranteed |
