| Abstract | The report of working practices this provides information about procedures the insurance claims of motor vehicles in Dayin Mitra General Insurance Company. Every insurance company would create a new innovation to provide the best service to the insured. The discussion in this report abou1 requirements. procedure and provide the excellent services for motor vehicles insurance claims. In preparing the report of working practices by the use of direct observation, interviews with employees of a company; and through the literature study. Basically the claims of motor vehicles must be conducted with full prudence and must be in accordance with standard operational owned by the company. The need for a supporting document that is complete in conducting an analysis lost up to claims payable to the insured. Insurance companies can be said to have been his promise as set out in policy when the claims. |
