| Abstract | The Purpose of this study is to explain the reimbursement claim process in health insurance through an Insurance Brokers. Insurance Brokers is a consultant in insurance and risk management on behalf of their clients and also provide advice or suggest in the interest of their client. In this paper PT Multirasa Nusantara goes to be the reference of reimbursement claim process meanwhile has an insurance corporate health policy in PT Avrist Assurance. In the process of verification of the claim by the insurer still have many problems. Finding of that problems derived from the method of data collection by collecting books that have relevance to the title of this paper, doing direct practice and conduct interviews with an informan employee |
