| Abstract | Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan di PT. Asuransi Jiwa BCA (BCA Life) dan ditempatkan di divisi Product Development selama 2 bulan mulai dari 25 Februari 2022 sampai dengan 22 April 2022. Selama menjalani magang, pekerjaan yang dilakukan penulis adalah memeriksa RIPLAY Umum dan Personal, Polis, Business Case, serta Product Spec; membuat tabel perbandingan telescript, chart premium comparison, daftar produk-produk asuransi baru kompetitor; mapping definisi Polis, SPAJ, serta telescript; dan membuat serta mempersiapkan dokumen-dokumen pelaporan OJK terkait produk yang ingin diubah. Dalam pelaksanaan magang, penulis menghadapi kendala-kendala, yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan tentang divisi Product Development, banyaknya istilah-istilah baru, dan ketidakrapian penyimpanan data di server perusahaan. Kendala-kendala yang dialami penulis dapat teratasi dengan bertanya kepada staf bagian Product Development. |
