| Abstract | Praktik kerja lapangan atau Co-op merupkan salah satu mata kuliah pilihan program studi S1 Aktuaria yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa. Sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan yang dirapkan oleh Program Studi sarjana Aktuaria. Kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan atau Co-op yang dilaksanakan di laksanakan oleh penulis sendiri bertempat di BPS Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara selama kurang lebih selama dua bulan banyak insight dan manfaat yang didapatkan oleh penulis, tidak hanya itu penulis juga mendapatkan gambaran tentang dunia kerja terkhusus di dalam sektor pemerintahan. Penulis pun mempraktikan softskill maupun hardskill yang didapatkan di dalam dunia perkuliahan di dalam dunia kerja. Hal ini membuat penulis dituntut untuk disiplin, bertanggung jawab, cepat, tanggap dalam mengerjakan setiap tugas yang diberikan pembimbing yang sangat bermanfaat bagi penulis di dalam dunia kerja. Dengan melaksanakan praktik kerja lapangan atau Co-op di BPS Kota Jakarta Utara, penulis dapat mengambil beberapa kesimpulan dari tugas-tugas yang selama ini di berikan oleh pembimbing, yaitu : 1. Penulis mampu menyesuaikan dengan atmosfir dalam dunia kerja yang sangat berbeda dengan yang ada di dalam bangku perkuliahan; 2. Penulis dituntut untuk berkerja cepat dan tepat dalam mengerjakan setiap tugas yang diberikan; 3. Penulis dapat merasakan langsung lingkungan dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya; 4. Menguasai teknologi sangatlah membatu dalam hal dunia kerja karena didalam dunia kerja sangatlah dibutuhkan; 5. Ketelitian dan kecermatan sangatlah dibutuhkan ketika mengerjakan tugas. |
