Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan penyelesaian klaim terhadap kepuasan pelanggan asuransi kendaraan bermotor pada PT. Asuransi Intra Asia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sample 83 responden dengan mengisi kuisioner untuk pelanggan PT. Asuransi Intra Asia. Untuk menganalisis penelitian ini penulis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi berganda, dan uji asumsi kelasik, pengelolaan datanya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai thitung4.058> ttabel1,990. Maka Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) secara parsial (individu) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan pelanggan), sedangkan untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai thitung4.413>ttabel1,990. Maka Ho diterima yang berarti variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) secara parsial (individu) tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (penyelesaian klaim).
