Abstract FIRDHA LINTANG KIRANA. Pelaksanaan Prinsip Utmost Good Faith Dengan Menggunakan Proses Model Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pada Penutupan Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor. Dibimbing oleh Drs. Agus Subrata, M.M. dan Robidi, S.H, M.H. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui pelaksanaan kewajiban perusahaan asuransi terhadap konsumen untuk Polis Standar Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor (PSAKBI). Penulis membuat instrumen alternatif yaitu Proses Model Keputusan Pembeleian Konsumen (MKPK) untuk menggambarkan harapan tertanggung, menjelaskan isi PSAKBI yang ramah nasabah (customer friendly), dan sebagai alat bantu alternatif dalam memberikan pemahaman isi PSAKBI kepada konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara terpandu dengan menggunakan data primer. Dalam wawancara penelitian ini ada dua sumber informan penelitian, yang pertama informan konsumen sebanyak tiga orang dan yang kedua sepuluh orang Informan underwriter yang terdiri dari lima orang dari perusahaan asuransi umum, dan lima orang dari perusahaan pialang asuransi.
