| Abstract | This study aims to determine and test for the influence of understanding, income levels and community perception about the potential for fires in densely populated areas to interest in buying fire insurance products in RW 09, Bidaracina, East Jakarta. This research was conducted in RW 09 Bidaracina Sub-District, East Jakarta. The population in this study is the RW 09 community itself. There were 133 samples used as material for testing. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of each variable partially (t test) and the effect together (F test) and determine the magnitude of its effect with the coefficient of determination method using SPSS 25 software. That results of this test indicate that the understanding variable and income level do not have a significant effect, the perception variable has a siginificant effect. The three independent variable have a significant effect jointly. |
