Abstract TUJUAN PENELITIAN, Ialah untuk mengetahui adakah hubungannya dari Sistem Kompensasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bosowa Asuransi. Kedua, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan dari Sistem Kompensasi tersebut dengan Kinerja Karyawan PT. Asuransi Bosowa. METODE PENELITIAN, Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional, metode kuantitatif korelasional adalah menguji hubungan antar variabel yang dihipotesiskan, yaitu Sistem Kompensasi (X) dengan Kinerja Karyawan (Y), apakah suatu variabelvariabel tersebut berhubungan atau tidak dengan variabel lainnya. ANALISIS, menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi. HASIL YANG DICAPAI, dalam penelitian ini ialah semua item kuesioner valid dengan r hitung lebih besar dari 1,684. Nilai koefisien beta dari item kuesioner variabel X adalah 0,618 maka item dinyatakan reliabel dan memiliki tingkat korelasi yang tinggi. SIMPULAN, Terjadi hubungan yang tinggi antara Sistem Kompensasi dengan Kinerja Karyawan.(AMR) Kata Kunci : Sistem Kompensasi, Kinerja
