| Abstract | Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Kinerja Underwriting Asuransi Kesehatan Di Unit Syariah PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida untuk Diterapkan di Kantor Pusat PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah dan dilaksanakan di PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah yang beralamat di Pusat Niaga Cempaka Mas Blok M 1/36 Jl. Soeprapto, Jakarta Pusat. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja underwriting dalam memproses penyeleksian risiko, metode yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan metode Kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Grounded Theory. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja underwriting masih perlu diperbaiki karena jumlah klaim masih cukup tinggi di angka 67.68% meskipun masih di bawah industri asuransi yaitu sebesar 70%.
