Abstract | This research aims to examine the connection corporate image and quality service motor vehicle insurance to customer satisfaction of PT Asuransi Staco Mandiri main branch Office Jakarta. The data used in this research is primary data obtained with spread the questionnaire to motor vehicle insured customers. Population in this research is 482 individual motor vehicle insured in PT Asuransi Staco Mandiri Main branch Office Jakarta. The sample were subjected to experiments as many as 81 respondents. As for the processing of the data were analyzed to test validity and reability using Alpha Cronbach formula with the help of computer program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis it was found that variabel corporate image and quality service motor vehicle insurance together have connection to customer satisfaction of PT Asuransi Staco Mandiri Main Branch Office Jakarta.
