Abstract Bisnis asuransi di Indonesia merupakan sebuah bisnis yang memiliki potensi besar di masa yang akan mendatang, namun semakin bertambahnya keluhan pelanggan yang diterima oleh perusahaan asuransi, maka hal ini menyebabkan bisnis asuransi mengalami beberapa kendala dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Sehingga bisnis asuransi akan kehilangan pelanggan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di AXA Mandiri Financial Services Cabang Jakarta Pluit Kencana. Hal ini dilakukan penulis untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan harus ditingkatkan untuk mendapatkan pelanggan yang loyal di perusahaan asuransi. Objek Penelitian ini adalah perusahaan AXA Mandiri Financial Services, serta responden yang dipilih oleh penulis adalah pelanggan AXA Mandiri Financial Services cabang Jakarta Pluit Kencana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan AXA Mandiri Financial Services cabang Jakarta Pluit Kencana. Kemudian penulis akan mengolah, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasikan data sehingga diperoleh gambaran jelas mengenai masalah yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian yang dilakukan oleh penulis, maka saya peroleh hasil adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di AXA Mandiri Financial Services Cabang Jakarta Pluit Kencana. Variabel loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara bersama-sama sebesar 74.30% dan sisanya 25.70% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Nilai Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kepercayaan Pelanggan, dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.
