| Abstract | One indicator of moderate risk level. The right ships for boats. In this study will test how big the incidence of roro ferry boat related to the history of pending losses in PT ASDP. The object of this research is PT ASDP by looking at ship ownership data owned by PT ASDP and. Last 5 years (2011 - 2015). This study consisted of 6 variables, namely 5 variables (net tonnage, net tonnage, dead weight tonnage, ship maximum, ship age) and 1 dependent variable (buying interest). This research uses descriptive analysis. And simultaneously. The results of this study indicate gross tonnage, nett tonnage, deadweight tonnage, vessel speed, significant.
