Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan belief dan keterpaan informasi dengan nasabah existing pada produk asuransi surety bond. Variable independen dalam penelitian ini adalah belief dan keterpaan informasi. Variable dependennya adalah nasabah existing. Sampel penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT Jasaraharja Putera yang mempunyai sertifikat bond di kantor cabang Banten. Sampel dilakukan dengan metode random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 84 pernyataan yang disebarkan kepada 75 responden. Metode statistik menggunakan analisis persamaan regresi, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa belief dan keterpaan informasi secara siginifikan memliki hubungan yang positif dengan nasabah existing pada produk asuransi surerty bond di PT Jasaraharja Putera.
