| Abstract | The focus of this study aims to determine adequacy of ending balance fund for the old age for labor organized by BPJS for fulfilling the life needs of the participants at retirement age and not working anymore. then also to find out how much the contribution or the appropriate wages to be enough to meet the cost of living needs of participants at the time of retirement and not working anymore. This research is descriptive qualitative research design. Data collection techniques is to use documentation from online documents that can be seen by the general public through the company website. Then the author will process, present, analyze and interpret the data in order to obtain a clear picture of the issues. The results showed there the participants ending balance is not sufficient to meet the cost of living needs at retirement and not work anymore.
