Abstract | The research objectives is to determine the influence of Quality Service and Benefit Product ASRI of Company Productivityin Central Asia Insurance, PT for Latumenten Branch. Thus, to measure how big that influence. The Quality Service uses 5 indicators. There are 1) Tangible, 2) Reliability 3) Responsivenes, 4) Assurance, and 5) Empathy. And than,Benefit Product uses 4 indicators. There are 1) Product Quality, 2) Pricing, 3) Completeness, 4) Coverage, to grow up company productivity. Population in research are Employees in Central Asia Insurance, PT for Latumenten Branch. The sampel in this research as many as 50 respondents. Data were collected by using survey method with questionnaire instrument. Data analysis methods used are multiple regression analysis, t test (partial) and test f (simultaneous). The processing of the data were analyze to test validity and reliability using Alpha Cronbach formula with the help of computer program SPSS for windows. The results showed that: (1) Quality Service has a positive and significant effect on Company Productivity. (2) Benefit Product ASRI has a positive and significant effect on Company Productivity. (3) Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant influence on Company Productivity. Key words: Quality Service, Benefit Product ASRI, Company Productivity |
