Abstract Indonesia merupakan negara berpenduduk muslim terbesar di Dunia, akan tetapi peran asuransi syariah masih sangat kecil dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan asuransi kepada masyarakat Indonesia, dilihat dari masih rendahnya indeks literasi / pemahaman masyarakat yaitu 2,51% dan masih kurangnya pemanfaatan produk dan jasa asuransi syariah oleh masyarakat (inklusi keuangan) yang saat ini hanya mencapai 1,92%, selain itu berdasarkan data Roadmap IKNB Syariah 2015-2019 menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap asuransi syariah hanya 9,6% dan minat masyarakat sebanyak 82,3% untuk masyarakat yang belum memiliki polis asuransi dan 77,2% untuk masyarakat yang sudah memiliki polis asuransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh tingkat pemahaman dan inklusi keuangan syariah secara bersama-sama terhadap minat masyarakat berasuransi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, data diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 93 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, dimana prasyarat untuk melakukan analisis regresi berganda adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial tingkat pemahaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat berasuransi syariah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.002 ≤ 0.05 dan inklusi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat berasuransi syariah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 ≤ 0.05, sedangkan secara simultan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat pemahaman dan inklusi keuangan syariah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat berasuransi syariah dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 ≤ 0.05.
