Abstract Research based on the type of problem under study, the authors classify into types of survey research that takes a sumple from a population and use the data value of training and cmployee performance as a data collector. This rescarch was conducted at PT. Asuransi Central Asia, with the title of the Jakarta branch of the research Relationships with Performance Products Training of Employecs Who Have Work Period Under One Year in PT. Asuransi Central Asia Jakarta Branch "The purpose of this study to detect the excoution of employee training, emplovee performance to detect PT. Asuransi Central Asia and to detect any significant effect on the level of training of employee performance. The analytical tool used in this tescarch is by using the distance scale and simple linear regression. Companies should always evaluate the ability of instructors who provide job training in the hope of delivering training matlerials the instructor can actually and can provide guidance to the trainces to the fullest, further in an attempt to improve the results of the traiming activities earried out so that the management companý should always pay artention to the training tools uscd to support training activities.
