Abstract | This thesis examines the effect of service quality and premium of claims on Client satisfaction on BPJS Kesehatan in the first Health Facility of BPJS Kesehatan This research was conducted on third level clients have claimed, This thesis researches to find out if any significant effect between and client satisfaction and how much. Thus, to measure connection the service quality and premium it used 5 dimensions to determine client satisfaction level. Population in this research are 1.751 insured individuals at Health Facility of BPJS Kesehatan that I’ve researched. The sample was subjected to experiments as many as 95 respondents. As for the processing of the data were analyzed to test validity and reliability with the help of computer program SPSS 20.0 for windows. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis from the analysis result, it is found that the quality of service and Premium of BPJS Kesehatan have a significant effect on the Client’s satisfaction of claim at BPJS Kesehatan’s Health Facility and 60.9% of the effect while the remaining 39.1% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research or model.
