| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari biaya komisi reasuransi dan pendapatan komisi retrosesi terhadap hasil Underwriting bruto asuransi kebakaran pada bisnis fakultatif di PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang diteliti berasal dari laporan hasil Underwriting PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia tahun 2011-2016. Berdasarkan uji yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan hasil sebagai berikut: dengan menggunakan uji t, diketahui bahwa variabel biaya komisi reasuransi dan pendapatan komisi retrosesi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil Underwriting bruto . Dengan menggunakan uji F, diketahui bahwa biaya komisi reasuransi dan pendapatan komisi retrosesi secara stimultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil Underwriting bruto. Menggunakan uji R2, diketahui bahwa biaya komisi reasuransi dan pendapatan komisi retrosesi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 96,9% terhadap hasil Underwriting bruto dan 3,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata kunci : biaya komisi reasuransi, pendapatan komisi retrosesi, hasil Underwriting bruto. |
