Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aset, pendapatan premi bruto dan beban usaha terhadap laba usaha. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan reasuransi PT. Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda dengan a menunjukkan bahwa : pengujian signifikansi t secara parsial (uji statistik t) aset (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,658 (> 0,05 ), pendapatan premi bruto (X2) berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,047 (<0.05) dan beban usaha (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba usaha (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,111 (> 0.05). Pengujian secara simultan (uji statistik F) variabel independen yaitu aset, pendapatan premi bruto dan beban usaha berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu laba usaha pada perusahaan PI. Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia, dengan memiliki nilai F-hitung sebesar 41.364 > nilai F-tabel sebesar 4.35 dan nilai signifikasi F sebesar 0,000. kurang dari nilai alfa sebesar 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.947, yang berarti laba usaha dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor model x yaitu aset, pendapatan premi bruto dan beban usaha sebesar 94,7%, dan dapat dikatakan bahwa ada faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi laba usaha sebesar 5,3% dan dipengaruhi olch variabel lain yang tidak diteliti olech peneliti seperti hasil investasi dan komisi.
