Abstract Pertumbuhan asuransi di Indonesia telah berkembang cukup pesat selama dekade saat ini dan oleh karena itu penduduk Indonesia telah cukup memahami apa penggunaan asuransi. Penduduk Indonesia dalam melakukan kegiatan tidak luput dari kendaraan bermotor. Saat ini di Indonesia jumlah kendaraan bermotor semakin meningkat sekarang. Hal ini juga disadari oleh perusahaan asuransi untuk mengeluarkan produk asuransi kendaraan bermotor bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Dan di Indonesia, sebagian besar pendapatan perusahaan berasal dari asuransi kendaraan bermotor. Pialang Asuransi atau Pialang Asuransi adalah salah satu perantara bagi tertanggung yang memiliki kepentingan terhadap objek yang dipertanggungkan. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, Pialang Asuransi dan Perusahaan Asuransi selalu diawasi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Penelitian dengan judul "Dampak Penerapan SE-OJK Nomor 6 Tahun 2017 terhadap Pendapatan Pialang Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor pada 2016 dan 2018 di PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri".
