| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban klaim dan hasil investasi terhadap cadangan klaim. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan asuransi umum di Indonesia.Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda dengan α = 0,05. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pengujian signifikansi t secara parsial (uji statistik t) bebam klaim (X1) berpengaruh terhadap cadangan klaim (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 ( < 0.05) dan hasil investasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap cadangan klaim (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05). Pengujian secara simultan (uji statistik F) variabel independen yaitu beban klaim dan hasil investasi berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu cadangan klaim pada perusahaan asuransi umu di Indonesia, dengan memiliki nilai F-hitung sebesar 476.824 > nilai F-tabel sebesar 3.02 dan nilai signifikasi F sebesar 0,000 kurang dari nilai alfa sebesar 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.694, yang berarti cadangan klaim dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor model x beban klaim dan hasil investasi sebesar 69.4%, dan dapat dikatakan bahwa ada faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi cadangan klaim sebesar 30.6% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Kata Kunci : Beban Klaim, Hasil Investasi dan Cadangan Klaim. |
