Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan harga premi terhadap keputusan seleksi perusahaan asuransi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan seleksi (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (3,112 > 2,10982). Selanjuthya Harga Premi (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan seleksi (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan thitung < ttabel (1,596 < 2,10982). Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan harga premi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan seleksi perusahaan asuransi. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (5,166 > 3,55). Dari hasil pengolahan dan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai koefisien 2 determinasi (R) sebesar 0,378. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan seleksi (Y) dapat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan dan harga premi (X) sebesar 0,378 atau 37,8%. Sedangkan sisanya 0,622 atau 62,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga Premi dan Keputusan Seleksi.
