| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji hubungan penilaian fasilitas klaim dan kualitas pelayanan klaim dengan kepuasan nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT. Asuransi Adira Dinamika. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data responden sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefesien korelasi, koefesien determinasi serta persamaan regresi sederhana dan berganda yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 21. Hasil pengujian analisis data menunjukan bahwa: (1) hipotesis pertama dengan koefesien korelasi ry1 menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,568; koefesien determinasi r2 y1 sebesar 0,323 dan thitung sebesar 6,832 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,660 dengan kesimpulan tolak H0; (2) hipotesis kedua dengan koefesien korelasi ry2 menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,649; koefesien determinasi r2 y2 sebesar 0,421 dan thitung sebesar 8,439 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,660 dengan kesimpulan tolak H0; (3) serta hipotesis ketiga dengan koefesien korelasi Ry(1,2)menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,689; koefesien determinasi R 2 y(1,2) sebesar 0,475 dan Fhitung sebesar 43,932 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,09 dengan kesimpulan tolak H0. Kata Kunci : Penilaian Fasilitas Klaim, Kualitas Pelayanan Klaim dan Kepuasan Nasabah. |
