Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menguji pengaruh pendapatan agen pendapatan broker terhadap pendapatan premi bruto asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT QBE General Insurance Cabang Jakarta Utara periode tahun 2007-2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan PT. QBE General Insurance Cabang Jakarta Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh data pendapatan agen, pendapatan broker, pendapatan premi bruto asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT QBE General Insurance Cabang Jakarta Utara Periode Tahun 2007-2016. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data hasil laporan keuangan selama 10 tahun berturut-turut dari tahun 2007 sampai tahun 2016. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang penulis peroleh dari perusahaan PT QBE General Insurance Cabang Jakarta Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 20. Hasil pengujian analisis data menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara pendapatan agen dan pendapatan broker terhadap pendapatan premi bruto asuransi kendaraan bermotor. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh antara variabel pendapatan agen (X1) terhadap pendapatan premi bruto asuransi kendaraan bermotor, sedangkan untuk variabel pendapatan broker tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial terhadap pendapatan premi bruto asuransi kendaraan bermotor. (3) Besar pengaruh kedua variabel bebas diuji dalam koefisien determinasi sebesar 99,8%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh sebesar 0,2% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Agen, Pendapatan Broker, Pendapatan Premi Bruto.
