Abstract | Monitoring is an activity aimed at providing information about the causes and consequences of a policy that is being implemented. Monitoring is the last function that must be carried out in management. Monitoring is usually done by determining the achievements, then comparing them to the standards that have been determined. The predetermined standard is called Service Level Agreement (SLA). Service Level Agreement (SL.A) is an effective level of assurance with respect to the level of quality of service delivered by the service provider for each service in the business. Service Level Agreement (SLA) is part of the overall service agreement between the insurer and the insured to improve performance or provide a guarantee of service. Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a reference for handling claims for both the insurer and the insured. Service Level Agreement (SLA) is useful for measuring the accuracy of the settlement of claim handling, especially for the payment of compensation that has been reported.
