Abstract The work practices report discusses the marketing process of property insurance products in PT Asuransi Central Asia branch of Duta Merlin that's ASRI (Asuransi Rumah ldaman). Marketing process is the main thing that must be carried out properly and correctly in order to achieve the production target set for the branch office. The marketing process of ASRI consist of maintaining good relations with insurance agents, insurance brokers and customer, carrying vut explainations about insurance product, doing survey and analysis of subject matter of insurance, carrying out maintenance on business extensions. The aspects that need to be considered, namely handling business resources by each team; ability to the that process, appearance of a marketer and extensive knowledge of a marketer makes this marketing process run in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedure and can be implemented with efficient and effective. With this report, the reader is expected to be able to gain an understanding of the marketing process of ASRI, solve the technical and non-technical problems, and be able to develop the marketing skills of insurance product.
