Abstract The marketing department in the insurance company is the spearhead of the insurance company itself in developing its business. Business development ean be done by expanding relationships and also eross selling products. Expanding relationships can he done by meeting new clients, while cross-selling products can be done by selling other products to clients who have established cooperation. One insurance produci that is in great demand and is needed by the client is travel insurance. In this case, the author will introduce and describe the travel insurance marketing process.
